In my current role as Web Development Team Leader at MYHSM, I lead the web department and drive the development of web and cloud-based SaaS products. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring timely delivery using agile methodologies. My hands-on approach spans everything from system architecture to cloud services and third-party integrations, such as Salesforce.
