What are some techniques to practice Anatta with the five aggregates?
Thank you! I'm curious about whether my practice is correct when it comes to mental feelings - which is when I close my eyes and observe the feelings as an outsider until they go away and I become calm again.

Thank you! Do you know if the above sutta applies to mental feelings as well - such as when feeling angry, sad etc? How do I practice not-self or Anatta whilst talking?
Thank you so much. With being aware of the sensation of air coming in and out of the nose - I can feel when the breath goes in but I can't feel a thing when my breath comes out. It's hindered my meditation and caused me to become a bit frustrated over the years. So as a result, I follow Ajahn Brahm's advice and just try to be aware of the breath as a whole, rather than trying to feel it in a specific part of my body. Are there any tips though for feeling the breath coming out of the nose? I've even tried placing my hand in front of my nose but I still barely feel it.

Is there a specific way to practice Vipassana, other than through the development of Anapana Sati meditation?

But the monks that I have listened to have said that you can begin your practice in the way that I've mentioned, which may eventually help with gaining the not-self insight. It has personally helped me as well
