If I am reading a book, for example, am I supposed to focus on words? If that's so then I just read the words, I cannot comprehend them. If I focus on comprehension, I am unable to read. If my focus is to do imagine each word, I only imagine them, and cannot comprehend. It is a very weird experience to be mindful of what I am doing | |
