Now me more on Theravada and Buddhism-Science or phycology specific topic that fill the gap of my weakness and something more suitable to myself.

It is more or less based on the language spoken by the common people in the time of the Buddha (i.e. it's a Prakrit dialect). Sanskrit was the language of the royalty and the priests. In any case, Pali is no longer a spoken language today.
