Focusing to much on cultivating the concentration mental factor might have you bury things, turn away from any object that's not your breath, and burying impedes understanding. You might want to get to understand how you relate to things by practicing the four placements. | |

If the question asked that I need to think than I need to think hard before reply... I had been doing simple meditation at home almost nearly 10 years. before this I don't have this problem, especialy in this few months... If I meditate doing well for that 30min, I'll have this issue (Mind Slow) for 3 to 4 hrs on that day, After that become normal. | |
