Meditation and setting out on the development of the paramitas can help to stabalize yourself until you find direction again. Also if you are interested in the Bodhisattva way of life, you can look into the vows, and try practicing them informally. Also if you have not read it, you could read Shantideva's Guide to the Bodhisattva's way of life. | |
